Booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment as this attraction will sell out.
Important Visitor Notice
On standard weekdays, the Grotto opens at 2:30 PM, however, some food concessions and some of the larger rides in the Christmas Village will not begin operating until the main event starts at 5 PM
We may add additional earlier sessions to Santa’s Magical Grotto as Christmas approaches. Keep an eye on our website or sign up for our ‘Nice List’ on the home page to be the first to hear about new time slots!
