The doors open 30 minutes before the start of the performance. We advise you to arrive on time. Any late arrivals may be admitted at a suitable point during the performance.
Children under 2 years old are admitted free and do not require a ticket but must be seated on an adult’s knee.
Please note: Pushchairs and car seats are not permitted inside the Big Top due to fire safety regulations.
Everybody aged two and above requires a ticket to see the show.
We have a separate, ground-level entrance for wheelchair users.
We want everyone to be able to come and enjoy our show. If you need any assistance, we’re here to help. Please call the Box Office if you require help on the day, so we can make sure a member of our team is available to assist you.
Wheelchair spaces are limited and must be booked through the Box Office.
All wheelchair users are asked to book in advance and arrive at least 30 minutes before the show.
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to provide free tickets for carers.
