Due to adverse weather conditions expected this weekend we are sorry to advise that we have taken the decision to close much of the Magical Winterland experience on Saturday 21^st and Sunday 22^nd December.

This is never an easy decision, and is one that has been taken to ensure customer safety.

Santa’s Grotto Adventure Bookings – alternative indoor option

Our merry elves have created an alternative indoor Santa’s Grotto Adventure experience to help as many families as possible meet Santa before the big day.

If you’d like to proceed with this option, we will automatically issue you with a 25% discount on the cost of your original booking.* This indoor experience will take place inside Meadowhall, please visit the Oasis Lower Level and look for signage.
