Sessions are 45 minutes long and start on the hour. We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes early to ensure you have enough time to prepare. All sessions end at the same time, if you arrive late, you’ll have less time on the ice.

Yes, we provide a number of fibreglass weighted penguins on the ice, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Since these skate aids are limited, we recommend arriving before your session to secure one. Skate aids are for children under 10 and require skaters to be under 110cm to use them.

Can I bring my own skates?

Skaters are welcome to bring their own skates for no additional cost.  Speed skates are not permitted, and organisers reserve the right to refuse use of personal skates if they are deemed unsuitable.  We do not sharpen personal skates.

How to book?

We recommend that all sessions are pre-booked online to avoid disappointment and queues on site during busy periods. Tickets may be booked on the day, subject to availability.

Tickets are non-refundable, so please ensure you choose the correct ticket at the time of booking. Tickets can be gifted to another person, and you may reschedule your booking if requested at least 7 days in advance.
